Adal Sultanateball was a Somalian sultanateball that was located on the Horn of Africa. At its height, it held much influence over the region, including a robust trading network, and maintained good ties with the Ottoman Empireball.

    History

Adalball was born originally as an 8ball, who became a sultanate when it started practicing  Islam. The region is now a part of Somaliaball.

It evolved from the Ifat Sultanateball. And thanks to Ottoman Empireball it grew stronk. Under the leadership of Imam Ahmad, it declared a a holy war on Abyssiniaball to spread Islam onto the region. At first, the Adalites did great at conquering Abyssiniaball's clay with the help of Ottoman Empireball. but then Portuguese Empireball pushed the war to a stalemate, saving Abyssiniaball and regained some conquered cities in the process. After the Imam was killed in Wayna Daga, the brutal conflict came to an end. Both sides suffered significant territorial losses, and the conflict's destabilisation made the Adalites more vulnerable to outside incursions and raids, reducing them to the region of Harariball, becoming the Harar Sultanateball.
