Comorosball, officially the Union of the Comorosball, is an island countryball located off the eastern coast of Africa. Their closest neighbours are Mozambiqueball and Tanzaniaball to the west, Madagascarball to the south, Seychellesball to the northeast, and Mayotteball to the southeast. They are made up of 3 islands (4 if you recognise Mayotteball as their clay), which have a combined area of 1,862 km² of clay (2,235 km² if you count Mayotteball), which have a population of 758,316 inhabitants based on a 2017 census (1,057,664 if you count Mayotteball).

In the French language Comoros is a plural noun. Like all the others countryballs, the character does not have a specific gender (because many other languages, such as English for example, do not usually give gender to countries).

Some consider it to be a part of the Swahili Coast regarding the distance because it's culture is heavily influenced from it's neighbors.

    History

    Inhabitation of the Comoros islands

Comorosball was always empty clay in the early era. It is said that in the 6th century and later became a Bantuball.

Discovery and Colonization of the Comoros islands

After 1505, Kingdom of Portugalball, Kingdom of Franceball, Dutch Empireball and UKball discovered and colonized it and its neighbours. Franceball ended up colonzing it.

    Present days

Nowadays, File:Comoros-icon (1975-1978).png Comorosball has been a fully independent countryball since 1975, yet for some reasons count Mayotteball as their clay. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, Comorosball closed borders to protect itself.
